My ultimate favorite! The moment they arrive, I find myself having to freeze a portion; otherwise, I'll devour the entire box within a single day. It's also a hit with my non-vegan friends. Cherry Bakewell with a cup of coffee is my recipe for pure happiness :)

Purchased as a birthday gift to be delivered to a friend and Oh Happy Treats were kind enough to add a little personalised Happy Birthday note into the box. Tasty, flaky and buttery. Not overly sweet, a decent cherry bakewell slice
