Q: Are your products 100% vegan?
A: YES!
Q: Are your products gluten free?
A: All of our products are vegan, and a selection of them are made without gluten. Even though we take all the necessary precautions to prevent any cross contamination, as we use gluten in the kitchen we cannot guarantee our treats are suitable for those with a severe gluten intolerance.

When ordering, we ask that you please let us know that you have a gluten intolerance so we can take extra care with your order.
Q: Are any of your products nut free?
A: A selection of our products are made without nuts or peanuts. While we take all the necessary precautions to prevent any cross contamination, as we use nuts and peanuts in the kitchen we cannot guarantee our treats are suitable for those with a severe nut or peanut allergy.
The following products are suitable for those who wish to avoid nuts: salted fudge brownies, raspberry fudge brownies, slutty brownies, banana bread, and classic chocolate chip cookies. See collection of treats made without nuts here.
When ordering, we ask that you please outline that you wish to avoid nuts so we can take extra care with your order.
Q: Do you deliver to my home?
A: Yes, we now deliver nationwide via DPD! Our deliveries take place on Tuesdays & Fridays. Please read our delivery information page for more info.
Q: It’s a surprise for my friend, can I still order?
A: Yes! We love to support a surprise delivery of treat to family and friends. All that we ask is when you provide the delivery address, please add THEIR contact number and please ensure address is correct ( including Eircode) - this is to help our courier drivers find their address with as easily as possible.
Q: Can I write a note to go with my order?
A: Yes! However, please keep the messages as short & sweet as possible, it is our bakers hand-writing your notes, so no long love letters please!
Q: Where do my treats come from?
A: We bake all of our treats from scratch in our commercial kitchen located in Unit 1C Killinarden Enterprise Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24. If you’re coming to collect your treats on-site, you’ll see our unit is the one with the purple Oh Happy Treats sign!
Q: Do you create custom cakes?
A: We are not currently taking any custom cake orders as we are focusing on our nationwide delivery service. We may open up our custom orders again, stay tuned to our Instagram / Facebook to be the first to hear about any new product launches.
Q: What happened to your cakes?
A: We have removed any products which do not travel well from our website, to ensure you are satisfied with your order. Sadly, this meant saying goodbye to our cakes for now!
